Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. CSE: TERA, OTCQB: TEBAF
Introduction
Terra Balcanica Resources is a Canadian exploration company focused on silver and antimony mineralization in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its principal asset is Viogor, previously discussed within the broader Viogor Zanik project. Recent disclosures describe the project as 100% owned. The company also holds a minority investment in Canadian uranium explorer Terra North Resources.
The attraction is the possibility of defining a meaningful polymetallic deposit from several mineralized targets. Silver and antimony are central to the current story, with gold, zinc and lead contributing additional exposure.
For our gold, silver and copper classification, silver is the most appropriate primary category. However, antimony must remain a separate consideration because it can contribute materially to the reported silver equivalent grades.
Terra remains an exploration investment. The disclosures reviewed do not establish a current mineral resource estimate, reserve or economic mine plan for Viogor. Its value therefore depends on further discoveries, resource definition and financing, rather than an established production forecast.
Projects / Location / MRE / Grades
Project 1: Viogor, Bosnia and Herzegovina (Flagship Exploration Asset)
Main asset
Viogor is located in the historic Srebrenica mining district in eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina. The exploration licence granted in May 2026 covers 49.06 square kilometres and includes Cumavici, Brezani and Kiseli Potok.
The initial permit lasts three years, with provisions for 2 further extensions of 2 years each. Those extensions are conditional, rather than seven years of tenure already granted.
The nearby Sase mine provides useful regional mining context. However, proximity does not establish a processing agreement, access to spare mill capacity or a low capital development route for Terra.
In September 2026, Terra announced an agreement to acquire the remaining 10% interest in its Bosnian subsidiary for 6,331,400 shares. That announcement retained an exchange approval condition, while the subsequent October release described Viogor as 100% owned.
Cumavici Drill Results
Selected results illustrate why Cumavici deserves further work.
| Drill hole | Reported drilled interval | Silver equivalent grade |
| CMV25004 | 4.3 metres | 636 g/t |
| CMV25005 | 3.0 metres | 607 g/t |
| CMV25006 | 3.9 metres | 670 g/t |
The first result was announced in February 2026, followed by the other two in March.
The underlying metal assays provide a more useful picture than the equivalent grade alone.
| Drill hole | Silver | Gold | Antimony | Lead | Zinc |
| CMV25005 | 175 g/t | 0.69 g/t | 2.11% | 1.94% | 4.05% |
| CMV25006 | 168 g/t | 0.72 g/t | 2.84% | 0.66% | 0.56% |
These are drilled lengths, with true widths undetermined. The March silver equivalent calculation used assumed prices of US$5,000 per ounce gold, US$80 per ounce silver, US$20 per pound antimony, US$1.45 per pound zinc and US$0.86 per pound lead. Equivalent grades are not silver assays or demonstrated payable recoveries.
Viogor PEA Economics
No completed Viogor PEA was identified in the disclosures reviewed.
The missing economics prevent us from classifying Terra as a low cost producer, a capital efficient developer or a near production opportunity.
Viogor Grade Feel
The reported mineralization is encouraging, particularly where silver occurs alongside substantial antimony.
Our assessment is positive on exploration grade, but still open on commercial quality. Further work must establish mineable widths, continuity, recoveries, concentrate specifications and payable metal content. High equivalent grades alone cannot answer those questions.
Project 2: Brezani and Regional Viogor Targets (Exploration Upside)
Brezani is a target within Viogor, rather than a separate property to be valued twice.
It contains shallow gold mineralization and a deeper polymetallic target. Results announced in January 2026 included 55 metres grading 0.43 g/t gold from 12 metres below surface. Earlier drilling returned 88 metres grading 0.50 g/t gold.
The same update reported 6 metres grading 60 g/t silver equivalent in deeper mineralization. It also referenced an earlier intersection of 19.6 metres grading 436 g/t silver equivalent. These results show both exploration potential and meaningful grade variability.
Brezani Optionality
The shallow gold intersections offer a different exploration opportunity from the richer polymetallic intervals. However, broad mineralization at modest gold grades still requires sufficient scale, favourable metallurgy and competitive mining costs.
We would treat Brezani as additional discovery potential within the flagship project. It does not yet support a separate production forecast or resource valuation.
Kiseli Potok adds a porphyry exploration target to the portfolio. Its presence broadens the geological opportunity, but does not establish a copper or molybdenum resource.
Project 3: Terra North Resources, Saskatchewan (Minority Investment Optionality)
Terra’s October 2026 announcement reported a 35.1% equity interest in Terra North.
Terra North holds an option to acquire the Charlot Neely Lake project, subject to completing the required commitments. Its airborne survey identified 10 priority uranium targets. These are exploration targets, not uranium resources or confirmed economic discoveries.
For valuation purposes, Terra owns an interest in the company holding the option. It should not receive the full value of the underlying uranium properties.
The stake adds a second route to exploration success, although further fundraising at Terra North could dilute Terra’s percentage ownership.
Legacy Serbian Properties
Older corporate descriptions still mention Ceovishte in Serbia. However, the January 2026 financial statement notes state that the Serbian subsidiary relinquished its mineral licence in December 2024 and was being liquidated.
Kaludra was relinquished in December 2023.
These legacy assets are therefore excluded from this draft’s active project valuation.
Share Structure / Ownership / Insiders
Capital Structure
The CSE issuer page displayed the following figures when reviewed.
| Capital structure metric | Figure |
| Issued and outstanding shares | 84,239,328 |
| Shares reserved for issuance | 37,283,314 |
| Outstanding plus reserved shares | 121,522,642 |
| Verified current fully diluted breakdown | Not reconciled |
Outstanding plus reserved shares is a useful preliminary dilution reference. It should not be presented as a reconciled fully diluted count without checking the underlying securities and subsequent issuances.
Financial Position and Financing
| Financial item | Disclosed figure |
| Cash at 31 January 2026 | Approximately C$61,000 |
| Working capital deficiency at 31 January 2026 | C$326,567 |
| April 2026 financing proceeds, gross | C$439,370 |
| April financing units | 8,787,408 at C$0.05 |
| April warrant exercise price | C$0.10 |
| Additional financing announced in June | Up to C$750,000 |
| Latest verified cash balance | Not established in this review |
The annual auditor identified a material uncertainty relating to the company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The January balance is historical and should not be mistaken for current cash.
The April financing provided fresh capital, with proceeds intended for land holding costs, licence renewal and working capital.
The later C$750,000 placement was extended to an anticipated closing date of 8 October 2026. A completed closing was not verified in this review, so its proceeds are not treated as available cash.

People / Management
Aleksandar Mišković, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mišković previously led exploration at Medgold Resources and held a global research and development role at Rio Tinto. His background includes early work on Medgold’s Tlamino deposit.
Stephen Brohman, Chief Financial Officer
The company’s April 2025 biography described more than ten years of experience with private and public companies. The CSE page continues to identify him as CFO.
Catherine Cox, Corporate Secretary
Her published biography described more than 20 years of corporate secretarial experience and a previous role at Nevada Copper.
Mathieu Couillard, Business Development Background
The April 2025 presentation identified Couillard as Business Development Officer, with investment banking experience at Haywood Securities from 2016 to 2022 and National Bank from 2006 to 2014. His current appointment was not independently reconfirmed.
Board Changes
Giulio Bonifacio and Brandon Bonifacio resigned from the board in September 2026. Their experience should no longer be counted as part of Terra’s current board credentials.
Operations Team
Terra should presently be evaluated as an exploration organization. A future development decision would require additional depth in metallurgy, engineering, permitting, construction and operations.
Risks / Catalysts / Timeline
Key Risks
| Key risk | Why it matters |
| Resource definition | Further drilling may not establish sufficient size, grade or continuity |
| Geological continuity | Strong intersections may be separated by weaker or uneconomic material |
| True width | Drilled intervals may overstate mineable thickness |
| Metallurgy | Recoveries, metal separation and concentrate quality remain essential unknowns |
| Equivalent grade assumptions | Headline grades depend on metal prices and do not establish payable revenue |
| Financing | Exploration progress depends on access to additional capital |
| Dilution | Equity financing and warrants can reduce existing shareholders’ ownership |
| Permitting | An exploration licence does not authorize mine construction or production |
| Jurisdiction and community engagement | Local approvals, environmental obligations and stakeholder relationships can affect progress |
| Commodity prices | Silver, antimony and other metal prices influence financing conditions and potential economics |
| Minority investment | Terra North’s funding and operating decisions affect the value attributable to Terra |
| Trading liquidity | Investors need to assess actual volume and spreads before assuming easy entry or exit |
The financial risk deserves particular attention. In October, Terra announced proposed share settlements for outstanding obligations, including CEO salary, to preserve cash. That reinforces the need to monitor liquidity alongside drilling results.
Catalysts
| Timing or condition | Potential milestone |
| Next financing update | Confirmation of capital raised and the funded work programme |
| Following funding | Ground geophysics and proposed Phase IV drilling at Cumavici |
| Following drilling | Further assays and improved understanding of continuity |
| 2027 management objective | Potential preliminary mineral resource estimate |
| Following resource progress | Metallurgical testing and assessment of development alternatives |
| Terra North exploration programme | Ground follow up and testing of uranium targets |
| Future corporate disclosures | Updated ownership, share structure and financial position |
The proposed financing identified Cumavici geophysics and Phase IV drilling as intended uses of proceeds. The resource objective comes from management’s June commentary. Neither should be treated as a guaranteed delivery date.
Expected Timeline to Full Production
| Period | Focus | What it means |
| Current stage | Exploration and financing | Establish continuity and fund the next work programme |
| 2027 objective | Preliminary resource definition | A potential first quantified deposit assessment |
| Subsequent stage, timing unannounced | Metallurgy and economic studies | Test whether a viable development concept exists |
| Later stage, timing unannounced | Permitting, engineering and financing | Establish whether construction can proceed |
| Production | No verified target date | A credible production schedule cannot yet be assigned |
In our view, a resource estimate would be an important milestone, but it would still leave substantial work before production.
Valuation
Important Valuation Note
This is a speculative resource and cash flow sensitivity model, not a company forecast or a valuation supported by a completed economic study.
We assume three possible resource outcomes for Viogor, then estimate annual operating free cash flow at gold equivalent prices of US$6,000 and US$7,000 per ounce. We apply valuation multiples of 10, 15 and 20 times.
The resource sizes, mining assumptions and costs below are our modelling inputs. They are not established mineral resources, formal exploration targets or demonstrated project economics.
| Scenario | Hypothetical AuEq inventory | Corresponding AgEq inventory |
| Low | 250,000 ounces | 15.625 million ounces |
| Medium | 500,000 ounces | 31.250 million ounces |
| High | 1,000,000 ounces | 62.500 million ounces |
These are alternative expressions of the same assumed metal value, not separate resources to be added together.
To hold AuEq ounces constant when applying US$6,000 and US$7,000, this model assumes the entire reference metal price basket rises proportionately.
| Metal | US$6,000 gold scenario | US$7,000 gold scenario |
| Gold | US$6,000 per ounce | US$7,000 per ounce |
| Silver | US$96 per ounce | US$112 per ounce |
| Antimony | US$24 per pound | US$28 per pound |
| Zinc | US$1.74 per pound | US$2.03 per pound |
| Lead | US$1.032 per pound | US$1.204 per pound |
This is therefore a coordinated metals price scenario. If only gold rises while the other metals remain unchanged, these calculations would overstate the revenue uplift.

RT Rating, Commentary
We rated this as 3 out of 5 stars. Not on our watchlist.
Terra Balcanica has enough geological promise to justify continued attention. The attraction is the combination of silver and antimony mineralization, additional targets within Viogor and a technical team with relevant exploration experience.
For us, the next question is whether those intersections can become a resource of meaningful size and quality. A stronger investment case would require consistent drilling, reliable metallurgy and enough funding to progress without excessive dilution.
The company has not yet demonstrated the project economics needed for a higher conviction development investment. Plus, we not convinced enough with their management. Until those emerge, we would avoid describing it as a low cost mining story or assigning a confident production date.
Financing also matters. Exploration success creates shareholder value only when the company can fund the next stage on workable terms. We would therefore monitor cash, financing completion and changes in share count as closely as the assays.
A higher rating would become more persuasive if Terra delivers a credible maiden resource, demonstrates recoverable and payable silver and antimony, and establishes a funded technical programme.
